This step is vital and underpins all future decisions. By working closely with your internal teams I establish what’s broken that needs fixing or where new opportunities are waiting to be explored and maximised.

It begins with an initial no strings, FREE 60 minute video consultation during which we will explore your desired goals, business ambitions and ideal outcomes. I will then conduct a half day discovery workshop where we explore in detail the elements from our initial call.

I will then create a summary of our meeting and provide you with a costed overview of how I will solve those problems or opportunities.
