Crafting a holistic brand
identity and web presence for
an innovative health hub

 

As an emerging healthcare brand committed to helping others live happier and healthier lives through tailored health checks and coaching, NuMi required a digital partner that could help them burst onto the scene and hit the ground running. We helped develop this brand from scratch, crafting a brand identity that aligned with the client’s core values and the needs of their target audience. The next stage was to design and build a versatile, optimised and engaging website.

What we delivered

Brand discovery workshop:

As a startup business with no existing customer base, we led and collaborated with key stakeholders in a workshop to find alignment on values and objectives. Exercises and discussions helped us test market assumptions and brainstorm brand names and taglines.

Visual identity development:

We created a cohesive visual identity that would resonate with the target audience and speak to the brand’s founding values. Utilising stylescapes, moodboards, concepts and mockups, we were able to easily communicate ideas to the client. Ongoing consultancy was provided to enhance videography and photography efforts.

Brand guidelines and collateral:

To ensure consistency with the newly discovered brand identity across various platforms, materials and channels, we created a comprehensive brand guideline booklet. In conjunction with this, we supported numi further with collateral items, such as letterheads and business cards.

Website build and booking system integration:

With this brand still in its infancy, we knew this startup would likely change and evolve as the business progressed, so we used drupal to build a robust, hardy website that could accommodate ongoing changes without the need for a full redesign. The final touch was to perfectly integrate numi’s chosen booking system partner with the bespoke website

Search engine optimisation:

To ensure local discoverability, best practice seo methods were utilised, including keyword research, local optimisation, on-page seo, as well as the monitoring and analysis of website performance.

Beyond delivering a brand-new website for this business and integrating their current booking system, we provided the most value to Ffolkes by being the reliable, trustworthy and intellectual partner they needed.
